From A127 - Go past the Toby Carvery pub on the left, at the next roundabout go straight over (second exit Shoebury), follow the road round to the right, and over the bridge. The road then becomes a dual carriageway with Aldi on the left. At the next roundabout go left down Sutton Road. Take the first road on the right which is just past the Fire Station and a carpet shop. The street sign says Rosshill Industrial Park. As you enter the road you will pass Southend Timber and just behind it on the right is a gated entrance to the industrial units. Insight Studio is the last but one. Park up and pop in!
From A13 London Road - Head towards Southend Victoria roundabout. At that roundabout go left into Victoria Avenue. Ignoring the first 2 sets of lights, at the 3rd set (main crossroad) take the right hand filter lane and go right into East Street. Follow the road over the bridge, at the roundabout take a left. At the next roundabout go straight over down Sutton Road. Take the first road on the right which is just past the Fire Station and a carpet shop. The street sign says Rosshill Industrial Park.
